Title and closing services through Sunset Integrity Title, our affiliated title company
Sunset Integrity Title, LLC handles title searches, title insurance, escrow and closings for buyers, sellers and lenders across Southwest Florida. The owners of Priceless Realty have an ownership interest in Sunset Integrity Title. You are never required to use it, and you are free to choose any title company.
What a title company does for you
Every Florida closing depends on clear title. The title company confirms the seller can legally transfer the property, protects the buyer and lender against hidden problems, and makes sure the money and documents land in the right place.
Title search
Reviews public records for liens, judgments, unpaid taxes, open permits and other issues that could cloud ownership.
Title insurance
Owner's and lender's policies protect against covered title defects. Sunset is an authorized independent policy-issuing agent for First American Title.
Escrow and deposits
Holds earnest money deposits and closing funds in escrow until the transaction is complete.
Lien payoffs
Orders payoffs for existing mortgages and liens so the property transfers free and clear.
Closing
Prepares the settlement statement, coordinates signing for buyers and sellers, and disburses funds.
Recording
Records the deed and mortgage with the county so the transfer is part of the public record.

Protect yourself from wire fraud
Never wire money based on instructions received by email or text, even if the message looks like it came from your agent or the title company. Before sending any funds, call the title company at a phone number you have verified independently to confirm the wiring instructions. Priceless Realty agents will never send you wiring instructions.

Priceless Realty, Inc. and Sunset Integrity Title, LLC are affiliated companies. The owners of Priceless Realty, Inc. have an ownership interest in Sunset Integrity Title, LLC. Because of this relationship, referring you to Sunset Integrity Title may provide Priceless Realty and its owners a financial or other benefit.
You are NOT required to use Sunset Integrity Title as a condition of buying, selling or listing a property with Priceless Realty, or of any other service we provide.
There are frequently other title and settlement service providers available with similar services. You are free to shop around to make sure you are receiving the best services and the best rate. In most Florida sales, the purchase contract determines who chooses the title agent and who pays for the owner's title policy.
If you are referred to Sunset Integrity Title, you will receive Sunset's written Affiliated Business Arrangement Disclosure Statement, including the ownership interest and an estimate of its charges, at or before the time of referral. Priceless Realty agents are not paid for referring clients to Sunset Integrity Title.
Sunset Integrity Title, LLC is a separate company from Priceless Realty, Inc. Priceless Realty is a licensed real estate brokerage and does not issue title insurance, hold closing funds or provide legal advice. Title insurance is underwritten by the issuing title insurer and is subject to the terms, conditions and exclusions of the policy.
