About Fred Price and Our Companies

At the heart of our business is a simple philosophy: treat every client like family. For over two

decades, Fred Price has built a name in Southwest Florida based on trust, experience, and the

kind of strong work ethic that only comes from living and working in the community you serve.


Fred’s real estate journey began in the late 1990s, when his family relocated to Southwest Florida

from Pennsylvania. He was attending Grove City College and playing football at the time, but a

shoulder injury changed his path—leading him to Florida Gulf Coast University, where he

finished his degree while working multiple jobs to pay his way through school.


One of those jobs was with Pulte Homes, a national home builder, where Fred was introduced to

the construction and real estate industry. He learned from some of the best developers in the

country and gained valuable experience on major projects like Gulf Harbour, The Brooks, and

Colonial Country Club.


That early exposure led to a career spent mastering every aspect of the business—from real

estate sales and home building to investment strategies and mortgage financing. Fred earned both

his real estate broker and mortgage broker licenses to better serve clients at every step of the

process. In the early 2000s, he launched Priceless Realty Inc. and Fairview Lending Inc.,

which continue to grow today thanks to a reputation built on ethics, transparency, and

exceptional service.


In 2013, Fred founded Lauren Homes, named after his wife Lauren, who is not only his life

partner but also an essential part of every company. Lauren holds an active real estate license and

handles much of the client communication, billing, and business operations. She is known for her

exceptional customer service, strong attention to detail, and the ability to make every client feel

at home. Together, Fred and Lauren bring a powerful combination to the table—Fred’s deep

market knowledge and investment insight, and Lauren’s warmth, professionalism, and hands-on

approach.


Family is at the core of everything we do. Fred and Lauren have two children, both active in

local schools, sports, and horseback riding. Just like many of our clients, we’re navigating busy
