Our Story

I started Priceless Realty in 2003 because I wanted to help people make one of the most important decisions of their lives. A home is where a family builds its life. For many people, it also represents years of work and savings. I wanted clients to have someone who understood the market, gave them honest answers, and helped them make decisions they could feel good about long after closing.

That purpose comes from my upbringing in Fairview, Pennsylvania. My Catholic family taught me to put God first and treat people fairly. The question “What does it profit a man to gain the whole world and lose his soul?” has stayed with me. It shapes how I think about business: a successful transaction means little if I cannot stand behind the way I treated the people involved.

I came to Southwest Florida in 1998. After playing football at Fairview High School and Grove City College, a shoulder injury changed my plans, and I later attended Florida Gulf Coast University. My early work with Pulte Homes introduced me to the housing industry. In 2003, I opened Priceless Realty’s Cape Coral office.

Today, I lead that office, helping clients buy and sell homes in Lee and Charlotte counties and helping owners with property management. My brother Tony leads a separate Priceless Realty office in Fort Myers. We share a family name and the values behind it, while each of us runs his own office.

My wife Lauren and I are also involved in Lauren Homes, our custom home building business, and Fairview Lending, our mortgage brokerage. These are separate businesses. My experience in real estate, construction, and financing helps me ask better questions and give clients a fuller picture when they are buying, selling, building, or managing a home.

Lauren and I are raising our two children in Southwest Florida. Outside work, I enjoy fishing, running, CrossFit, and Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and we are involved in our Catholic parish. This is the community where we live and raise our family.
